A lie,

it’s how it started,

it grew,

it became something new,

it twisted,

it turned,

it devoured me whole,

I called,

and I cried,

I prayed for release,

but it never came,

so I fought,

I drew blood,

not its,

I begged,

and I pleaded,

It never heard my words,

it never cared,

it never saw,

and in that,

I had my chance.

    1. Thanks so much, I’m finding so much inspiration in my writing, and these short little pieces of thoughts are really helping me workout where I’m at in it all, I’m glad you found enjoyment in it 🙂

I’m loving your poetry! It sets up a bloody and evocative situation, while leaving just the right amount to all our twisted imaginations. 😱

    1. Thanks so much, it’s a bit of mind dumping, I’m working my way though a very overly complicated story and the pomes are my way of conveying not just the story itself but my mind at the time 🙂 I’m glad people are finding it entertaining, as I’m quite enjoying it.
